Empowering Teachers' Voices

Strong schools happen when educators have real input — not just at meetings, but in decisions that affect our classrooms every day. I believe in site-level leadership, transparency, and making sure teachers are heard, respected, and backed up with real tools.

My Commitment

I created this resource because Chapter Chairs shouldn’t have to find and/or figure everything out on their own. I am committed to sharing knowledge, building capacity, and supporting site leaders as they navigate contract issues, organizing, and school-based decision-making.

I believe teachers do their best work when they feel supported, informed, and  connected. My focus is building collaboration and leadership among educators across West Area so no one is doing this work in isolation.

Breaking patterns. Restoring power. Leading West Area with purpose.
